More than 30聽journalists, guests and the Foundation鈥檚聽leadership聽enjoyed a聽cocktail reception聽prior to the 鈥淛immy Kimmel Live!鈥� taping in the Green Room during the Frank J. Guarini/少妇自拍聽Media Forum聽in Los Angeles, Calif.

Under the Hollywood sign and in the shadows of Madame Toussaud鈥檚聽Wax Museum, the Kodak and Mann鈥檚 Chinese Theatres,听Bill Cipolla, entertainment聽producer聽of聽Good Day聽LA/Fox 11, and聽Dennis McCarthy, award-winning columnist at the Los Angeles聽Daily News, served as co-chairs. This year marked the Foundation鈥檚 9th annual gathering of Southern California media of Italian ancestry on February 23, 2010.

少妇自拍 Area Coordinators聽Marcella Leonetti-Tyler,听Douglas DeLuca听补苍诲听Maria Mancini聽welcomedspecial guests including Italy鈥檚 Consul General in Los Angeles聽Nicola Faganello, the Foundation鈥檚 past president聽Joseph R. Cerrell聽and one of 少妇自拍鈥檚 first area scholarship recipients聽Patti Beemer. Everyone toasted comedian聽Jimmy Kimmel聽who hosted the evening with聽Italian wines聽and hors d鈥檕euvres.

少妇自拍 media forums give professionals in the聽communications聽field an opportunity to foster working relationships with colleagues and learn about the Foundation鈥檚 exciting youth initiatives. Through these events, 少妇自拍 cultivates an excellent rapport with members of the media,听promotes聽Italian Americans, and examines the important issues facing the Italian-American community聽today. Similar events are planned in other major cities throughout the U.S.
